Jasmine Turner
<div align="justify">"The proceedings for this session with one Jasmine Ruth Turner can now commence after being prolonged since ]uhm a week ago?. Subject is ]female and to refer back to their date of birth, ]July 19th 1994, we are able to assume they are ]Sixteen without suspicions of falsehood -- as of yet. Individual's preference on the generic scale is ]She doesn't know really. The patient has also reassured us that we may call them by the following title(s), ]Jazz. But of the questions we asked, we are most disturbed to find they believe quite adamantly that they resemble Zoe Kimble; such a claim raises many questions"</div>[/blockquote]
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
<div align="justify">"Patient's natural hair coloring is blond. We are able to discern easily however their eye pigment coloring which is blue. The individual's weight and height were recorded at 98 pounds and 5'1. With these recordings we move on to:"
distinguishing features
bithmark...brown, looks like a heart, on her side. Same applies for scars --she had cig burns scars on her back...from her childhood and then the scars on her wrists from cutting her self and a scar on her heel its a small hole from stepping on a nail in the fourth grade playing base ball. Tattoos and piercings -- Wrist-heart with wings , it was meant for her baby sister she never met because the girl died when she was born by not having any kidneys.
appearance
Patient is almost average height though is a tad shorter than others, she tends to dress in things that she's "throw together" but will still try to look her best. She doesn't mind being with others but wont stay long with them. From what we noticed, she doesn't go about trusting people that well. She can get a little loud at time almost like she's throwing a fit when someone touches her or just is someone she doesn't like, like she is literally afraid of them but then will apologize not soon after. [/blockquote]</div>
PSYCHOLOGICAL HISTORY
<div align="justify">"When asked what was their favorite thing in the world, they answered: 'Grandma and grandpa'. Taking the same question but applying it to the one thing they despised above all else, they said with what we may hope is the same sincerity as the first: 'My father and mother...'. We continued on with asking them about their likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses.
personality
"It is very clear to me that her family meant everything to her and at a young age she was like the one person that kept her family together and after her mother walked out on them she was lost and thus made things worse and made her have a strong hatred for her father. She says it all the time; They moved her into her grandparents though where she was treated normal and from how she talks they mean a lot to her and she'd do anything to protect them.
She doesn't like to talk about her mother that much we are clear on, it upsets her and she will continually tell us she failed and messed up on her...that it was her fault, you can't change her mind on that. Oh, another thing, she doesn't like anything to do with getting shots...she will basically throw a "hissy fit" when even attempt to get one into her and medicine well she spit it out in front of you...we haven't figured the reason out for this but you usually have to physically hold her down to get her to take it because she wont willingly. We know that she loves the singer Kelly Clarkson or genuinely pop music and will on a bad day be by her self listening to her music and nothing else...she does like to talk to people, this much is true, because on a really good day she can talk for ever and ever and really fast to it's hard to catch everything just bits and pieces but these days are maybe three times a week and with out her meds in her maybe four times since she has ADHD.[/blockquote]</div>
PERSONAL RECORDS
<div align="justify">"As we come one step closer to the end of this session, we reach the basis if not roots of our subject. We began with questions concerning their immediate relatives. The patient's father, Jake Turner is alive and the patient's mother, Christina Turner is who knows? Then we asked about siblings to which they responded 'My baby sister Lillian died before I got a chance to know her...but I know she's in heaven'. Lastly we inquired about significant others who have held or who hold a role in their lives to which the patient then responded: 'They can go to hell! I fucking hate them!'[/size]
background check
"Okay lets start at the beginning of Cinderella's story book...I was born in New York...the city that never sleeps the big apple! all that amazing jazz...my parents always had it hard...we lived in the Bronx in the cheapest apartment available...they struggled to keep jobs...that's what I remember the most at 3 I mean my father kept one longer than my mother and when they fought I was the mediator...I remember this because when my father...hit my mother I told him one time he didn't mean it! take it back mom is sorry please stop fighting, you two love each other and I was right...they did they stayed together for awhile actually I was the one they turned to or leand on and I wasn't sure what to do...after I turned eight though everything changed, my mother you see walked out...she promised me she'd come back but I haven't seen her...well after that I made my father mad easily and he...since he was a smoker his way of punishing me was burning me with his cigs...and when I'd cry he'd say "it was my own fault"... well when I turned nine i'm guessing he needed that sexual release or something...like people need it I guess but I was the only girl that would even attempt to talk to him so...he used me. I didn't have much say in the matter so It was such up and hold still and I did that or he'd burn me...I think I found the burning to be worse except the first time he had sex with me was excruciating and that, that moment was worse than being burnt....well I think that it wasn't to long after I got to live with my grandparents where they took care of Cinderella like she should of been cared for she shouldn't of been a little adult....anyways life was fine there I mean I kinda went into a depression phase where cutting my self began but...then my grandmother was like near me 24/7 so I couldn't do anything anymore and when I turned 15 I had my first boy friend...i didn't think anything of him being a senior at the time just that he made me feel alive again...but once again a guy broke my trust when he too raped me and then I was again in a world of pain...and didn't know what to do...It's hard for me to just look at a guy with out being scared i'm a bit more jumpy then I used to be and I can't change it...well I went into a deeper depression and it was then after I attempted to kill my self that my grandma checked me into the hospital...she was worried about me I guess it was just I didn't want to be around anymore I wanted to be dead... figured anyway I was better off that way... but anyways, i'm okay around people most of the time but definitely not guys...but for some reason when people touch me I tend to jump...not sure why...I wont flip on you unless you force me into doing something I don't want to do...now I'm really tired...do you need to know anymore?"</div>[/blockquote]

final diagnosis
PTS(Post trumatic stress):Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD, is an anxiety disorder that can develop after exposure to a terrifying event or ordeal in which grave physical harm occurred or was threatened. Traumatic events that may trigger PTSD include violent personal assaults, natural or human-caused disasters, accidents, or military combat
People with PTSD have persistent frightening thoughts and memories of their ordeal and feel emotionally numb, especially with people they were once close to. They may experience sleep problems, feel detached or numb, or be easily startled....Jazz tends to be easily startled and and has sleep problems because where some have flashbacks or thoughts of it she has nightmares of it. They also tend to stay away from things that would remind them of the experience i.e men in particular for Jasmine, or older men.
Atypical Depression:Atypical depression is a subtype of depression with certain specific characteristics. Jasmines include-sadness,difficulty making decisions, stomachache, headache, a change in appetite that causes weight loss, attempting suicide(only has twice though once for the reason being brought and one while here)
ADHD(Attention deficit hyper disorder):People who have ADHD have trouble paying attention in school, at home or at work. They may be much more active and/or impulsive than what is usual for their age. These behaviors contribute to significant problems in relationships, learning and behavior. For this reason, children who have ADHD are sometimes seen as being "difficult" or as having behavior problems.
