ECHO ROSE TERRI
"The proceedings for this session with one echo rose terri can now commence after being prolonged since june 28, 2010. Subject is female and to refer back to their date of birth, 10/04/1991, we are able to assume they are eighteen without suspicions of falsehood -- as of yet. Individual's preference on the generic scale is heterosexual. The patient has also reassured us that we may call them by the following title(s), echo. But of the questions we asked, we are most disturbed to find they believe quite adamantly that they resemble Emma Watson; such a claim raises many questions"[/blockquote]
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
"Patient's natural hair coloring is brunette. We are able to discern easily however their eye pigment coloring which is brown. The individual's weight and height were recorded at one hundred twenty pounds pounds and five feet four inches. With these recordings we move on to:"
distinguishing features
Scars- burn on left hand. Scar on left knee from a bike accident. Numerous scars on the wrists from self mutilation.
appearance
Of average height, with soft, brunette hair, currently dyed blond. Sweet, caramel colored eyes. Slim build. Teeth are straight and white. Of normal dress, with a tendency toward classy dresses and high heels. Few distinguishing features. Long hands and porcelain complexion.[/blockquote]
PSYCHOLOGICAL HISTORY
"When asked what was their favorite thing in the world, they answered: 'Horses. I rode a lot as a child, and they've always been a bit of a passion of mine. Especially riding English, and jumping. It's like flying; really, you should try it some time.'. Taking the same question but applying it to the one thing they despised above all else, they said with what we may hope is the same sincerity as the first: 'Heights or spiders, it's certainly a toss up. I've been terrified of both since I was little. I get them both from my mother.'. We continued on with asking them about their likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses.
personality
Kind and compassionate; very empathetic, with a talent for putting herself in other people's shoes. Bleeding heart; can't bear to see anyone hurt. Very talkative and bubbly. Can strike up a conversation with anyone. Very open about feelings and emotions. Very expressive, with lots of facial expressions and hand gestures. Requires some time alone, however, perhaps to gather thoughts or simply find some quiet; an introvert, deep down. Ultimately a very easy to work with young lady.[/blockquote]
PERSONAL RECORDS
"As we come one step closer to the end of this session, we reach the basis if not roots of our subject. We began with questions concerning their immediate relatives. The patient's father, David Terri is deceased and the patient's mother, Rose Terri is deceased. Then we asked about siblings to which they responded 'I had a brother at one point. Named Benjamin. He was a year older than me, is all. But he...died.'. Lastly we inquired about significant others who have held or who hold a role in their lives to which the patient then responded: 'There aren't any.'[/size]
background check
Subject was born in London, England and lived there until she was thirteen, at which point the subject' family moved to New York, New York. She attended school and was a straight A student. Her love of horses drove her to a nearby riding stable, where she spent a great deal of her time. She was outgoing, and sociable and well liked by her peers and superiors.
Subject's father, one David Terri, was a business executive and wasn't home much, but he was an alcoholic and had abusive tendencies when he was home. Subject's mother was a stay at home wife.
On June twenty-ninth, 2007, David came home drunk and murdered Rose and Benjamin before turning the gun on himself. The subject was taken to a nearby hospital for hysterics and was eventually sedated. From there she was shuffled from mental ward to mental ward and eventually ended up here.[/blockquote]
SESSION CONCLUSION
"With the information obtained in this interview along with files from H. D. Harlen and previous medical history from Dr. Peter Ward, the patient's has been diagnosed with the following mental disorder(s):"
final diagnosis
- voices in head
-self mutilation
Subject hears voices in her head, usually manifesting themselves in that of her mother and brother, and, on rare occasions, her father. Subject is aware that these voices are not real, and is quite convincingly "sane" to the uneducated person. We have yet to find a way to "silence" these voices, however, and occasionally, the subject says they begin to scream at her, demanding why she didn't do something to save them, at which time subject enters a state of mass hysteria, eventually leading to self mutilation through cutting, or scratching if sharp objects are not available. Has also been known to bang her head against the walls. She shows no violence toward other people, although she grows defensive if touched while in this state. To keep from harming herself, the patient must be sedated.
