Mallory spent the whole week just anticipating Saturday. This particular week had been hell. She was having a hard time dealing with life without Aidan. She missed him being at work with her. She missed hanging out with him. She missed laying in bed with him watching movies. They weren't a couple or anything. Just friends. But a lot of people thought they were together. She knew in the end she wanted to marry Aidan. Even after everything that had happened. She couldn't picture herself marrying anyone else. But for now they were just friends and she was happy with that. Things were too crazy for her to expect a relationship. Even if Aidan wanted one too. He had just been tried for murder and got lucky. Right now he had to heal before anything could continue. Mallory hoped she could make it clear that she was here for him through thick and thin and she didn't think he was a bad person. Mallory had been taking care of all his responsibilities. Even making sure his sister had everything she needed. She knew his little sister was important to him. Everything that he took care of every day, she had started doing. It wasn't easy but she was doing it. She wanted everything to stay perfect for him so that when he got out he wouldn't have to worry. Even if that meant she had to run herself ragged getting it all done. After all, Aidan had been there for her through the worst time in her life and she would be there for him through this.
She had dressed herself in the nicest casual clothes she had. A pair of white jeans and her favorite black sweater with the off the shoulder neckline. She was wearing the charm bracelet Aidan had bought her for her last birthday. She always wore it. And other unimportant jewelry. She wore high heels to make herself a bit taller, Aidan always towered over her. She left her purse in the car as she got out. Only bringing her drivers license with her. They would ask for her ID when she checked in. The lady at the front desk was friendly. She picked up the phone and called someone and told them she was there. Then escorted Mallory to the living room and waited with her for Aidan to come down.
Her hands were shaking. She was so nervous. Aidan had only been there a week so this was the first time she was visiting him since. When he'd been in jail she couldn't hug him or anything but now she would be able to hug him. She knew she was going to cry. She just knew it. She would try not to but she knew she would. She was always so emotional.

Aidan had gotten up at the crack of dawn and put some clothes on. This place had seemed depressing to him and all he could think about is what had happened. What had brought him here. Honestly, he'd rather be in a jail cell which he knew he was going to be going to after his time was up here. He felt terrible for Mallory because it was already upsetting her to see him here in this place. He cared so much for her and he'd been there for her. He was so thankful for her because she was taking care of his bar back home and his sister. Mallory had a lot on her plate and she had put more stuff on it when she took the responsibility of taking over his bar and watching over his sister. Aidan knew he owed her, his whole damn life and he'd give it to her kindly. Without her, he'd be dead or so much worse off then he was already. She had done so much for him and he didn't know how to repay her yet. He had a few ideas brewing in his skull but one day he'd make that girl his, forever. He was damn sure of making Mallory his wife one day. Hopefully sooner than later. If she'd have him for a husband that is. Sometimes he wondered how he got so lucky to have found a girl like her in his life. It must have been fate that got them together, he'd thank god til his dying day.
Aidan had just gotten done breakfast when he had known that Mallory was here and going to see him. His depressed mood shifted to complete and utterly happiness. He smiled like a fool when he saw her walking into the entrance. God, she looked like an angel. Aidan looked at himself in one of the near by mirrors. Shit, he looked like someone that had been beaten to a pulp. He laughed a little as he realized that he was caring what he looked like. That wasn't him unless she was around then it mattered to him dearly. He straightened up his shoulders and walked towards her with open arms. He hugged her over so tightly. "I've missed you, Mallorybabes."
It had looked like the day was bright out and it had to be because she looked so heavenly. Aidan let go of her as he reached for her hand. He gripped onto it like there was no tomorrow. Like this moment was their last moment alive. He'd been missing her terribly and she was just with him yesterday and today when he had got checked into this crazy place. Sure, he knew he belonged here but he didn't want to believe it in his head. He had killed his own father with his two bare hands but it was all defense. "You look heavenly babe. You certainly make this place look like heaven to me. When in all reality it's hell." He had leaned in and kissed her forehead. He wanted to make sure she knew that he was okay being here and all. He didn't want to seem so down in the dumps infront of her. Because then she'd worry even though he knew she was already worried about him enough. He had fallen in love with her from the start and he wasn't ever going to leave her, no matter what. "So, what has my pretty lady been up to?" He asked her while he walked her to his room. He wanted to show her all of his work. Meaning all the songs he had written. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Mallory couldn't help it. The minute he wrapped his arms around her eyes started welling up with tears. She knew he was trying to make this a happy visit and she felt horrible for crying. She was an emotional mess though. It was hard to hold in tears she had been holding for so long. She was trying to stay strong and take charge but she wanted so badly to just fall apart. She felt so alone without her best friend there every day. When he let go of her she wiped the tears off her face quickly. His voice was comforting. He always called her babe and shit like that. It was half the reason people thought they were a couple. She smiled as she wiped her tears. She was trying so hard to not cry but she was obviously failing. "I'm sorry Aidan. I told myself I wasn't going to cry. Ugh, I'm so emo sometimes."
She said with a little laugh. She took a second to collect herself and wipe away the tears that were still falling. She wanted this visit to be happy. She didn't want to cry the whole time. If she cried too much Aidan would think she wasn't doing so well with everything and she didn't want him stressing anything on the out side. He had some healing to do. She did have good news to tell him. About his case. "Oh! Before I tell you all the boring shit I've been doing lately, I've got some good news." She said, her smile growing wide as she walked with him to somewhere. He hadn't told her yet where they were going. "Your mother called your sister yesterday to inform her that once you are discharged from here you will be going home. No prison. You'll have to comply with their rules of course. You'll have to continue outpatient care here and you'll be on probation for the next ten years. You got lucky hun. Self defense plus temporary insanity. It rarely comes up together in one case. I just wanted to tell you that. You'll be coming home sooner than you thought." Just talking about it made her excited. Of course she wasn't going to mention the fact that they could keep him here for as long as they wished. Until they saw it fit to release him to the public. She looked around as they walked. A staircase came into view and she knew somehow that he was going to drag her up the stairs. She made a mental note not to wear heels the next time she came to visit. Which would be tomorrow. Saturday and Sunday were the only days they allowed visitors. She had planned to come both days. Any time she could spend with Aidan she would take advantage of. "Okay, now I'll tell you what I've been up to. First, your sister misses you like crazy. Your mom doesn't want her coming here though. Something about how she doesn't want her exposed to this kind of environment. I don't know. I told her I was going to sneak her with me one of these days. Hopefully tomorrow. Uhm, the bar did great this weekend, with all the hype over football and stuff its loaded in there lately. My tips have been amazing. I haven't really done anything crazy. I've been really busy." She was rambling. She knew it. But she couldn't help it. She was so used to talking to him everyday that squeezing everything she had to say into a small block of time was going to be hard. She had four hours with him today if she chose to stay for that long. Which she would. word count;; didn't feel like checking =] outfit;; here !tags;; aidan romance[/blockquote][/blockquote]

Aidan heard her cry and he began to cry too. He would rarely ever cry but it was just being able to see her was something he'd never take for granted. He wiped the tears from his face as he watched her do the same. He kissed her cheeks and smiled at her as he pushed her bangs out of her face. "Mallory, It's okay babe. You've got me choking up here too. Your not emo babes. If you are then I am."
He didn't want them to be crying the whole visit. So, he smiled at her and gave her a kiss on her nose. He knew it was hard for her to see him in here but this was where he had to be at least for a while. Well, longer than a while but he thought of it as a long ass vacation that he didn't want to end. But Aidan did want this vacation to end because he missed Mallory being around him or when they'd lay in bed next to one another. They had a lot of sleep overs when he was out in the real world. He missed her being in his arms and telling her everything was going to be okay. She was his angel and he was her protector. He'd beat anyone's ass if they were to mess with her. Mallory was the sweetest girl he'd ever knew and he was planning on spending the rest of his life with her right by his side, holding hands and growing old with one another. He laughed as he thought about when they would get old. It was a funny thought after all. His eyes smiled as she said that she had some good news. Aidan could use some great news right about now. He was good with her visiting him but he was worrying about his jail time after this place. If he was going to go to jail or just have to do the out patient deal. He was hoping to not go to jail and just come back here for counseling. "What's the good news babe? Besides you being here and spending your Saturday with me in this dreadful place." Aidan wish he could bring her some place more happier but that just wasn't going to happen which pissed him off. She didn't belong even visiting him here. This place wasn't for such a beautiful human being like herself. He wanted to hit himself for doing what he had did that night but it was out of anger and the booze didn't help it either. He was sober now and he was planning on staying that way for himself and for Mallory. He would never want to get that angry at her but he knew he'd never be that way like he was to his own father. He'd end up killing himself if anything were to happen to Mallory. Mallory had told him the good news and he smiled wide at her. "Oh, thank god. I'm so happy about this great news babe. You won't have to visit me at the jail after this." He thought about home, god he had missed it quite a lot. Aidan just wanted to be wherever Mallory was. He wondered if they would get a place together. That'd be more than amazing to him. He wasn't going to rush anything with her though. He wanted her to be his and that was one thing he did want to rush. But this place was no place to ask someone out. That'd be a little silly, but he was silly after all. Aidan knew that she had no clue of where they were going. He laughed to himself. Crap, her feet must have been killing her. After she was wearing heels. Silly Mallory. He didn't know any other girl who would wear heels to a asylum but her. Aidan made sure no one was watching as he lifted her up into his arms and started carrying her up the stairs to his room. His room was on the last floor and he had decorated it to look somewhat nice. His type of nice that is. "Aw, Well I miss her like uber crazy too. Mallory, I don't want her to come here. I don't want her around all of these people but if she really wants to see me then be careful. I don't even like it that you come because I'm afraid one of these damn people are going to hurt you when I'm not around or looking. Glad to hear you can handle my bar and everything. I really didn't want to push all of this onto you, Mallory. But you know that and your a strong woman." Aidan was going to make her co-owner of his bar when he got out of this hell hole. She more than deserved the part. Besides he didn't mind having a gorgeous woman beside him working along with him. He was going to keep that surprise to himself til he got out of here. Mallory felt bad for making him cry. She didn't want to make him sad or anything. Aidan always felt her pain though. He was so in tune with her emotions. Which is why their friendship was so amazing. He always knew when something was wrong and he felt it too. And it was the same thing the other way around. When he was hurting so was she. She couldn't help but think that this was fate. All the bullshit that had happened to her, only happened to lead her to Aidan. Everything was just part of their plan. This was just another step. "Okay, then we are both emo."
She wondered if he felt the way that she did. Like they were meant to be.They'd had conversations about love before but none that touched on how they felt about each other. She had waited and waited and waited for him to ask her out. But he hadn't yet. After three years of knowing each other she was pretty sure the chemistry was there. So what the heck was he waiting for? Did he not feel the way that she did? Was she mistaking their relationship to be something it wasn't? She didn't know. She pushed the thought aside and carried on as Aidan started talking again. When he made the comment about her not having to visit him in jail she laughed. She'd been in jail before so it was no big deal. Well, only in county for a week. Not prison. She'd been falsely accused for something when she was seventeen. Some stupid shit. "I think I beat you to the whole jail thing, hun. I spent a week in jail when I was seventeen. It was far from fun. And I didn't even do what they arrested me for. It was so stupid." She said with a laugh. Mallory was always looked at as an innocent angel so nobody really expected that from her. She couldn't think of how this had never come up in their conversations before. They told each other everything so it was surprising to find something that Aidan didn't know about her. Mallory laughed when he picked her up and started carrying her up the stairs. So he had noticed she was wearing heels. She wrapped her arms around him as he carried her. Glad to be close to him again. She couldn't help but think about the fact that he could probably get in trouble for this. That just made her smile even wider. She listened as he said he didn't want his sister to visit him here. She understood. She just didn't know if she would. She'd tell her but if she was still persistent she'd have to bring her. "I'll try to explain that you'd rather she didn't visit you here. I don't think she's going to go for it though. She misses you. And you didn't push all of this on me. I chose to do it. I know the bar better than any of your other employees. It was only natural that I take over while you are gone. And I'm not as strong as you think I am. When I'm alone I fall apart. You're like my other half. Not having you around is effecting me more than I let people know." She said as she rest her head on his shoulder. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Aidan knew that Mallory was probably feeling like crap for making him cry. But he was just sharing his tears with her. That was all. He wanted to let her know that he felt her pain of not seeing her everyday. It really sucked not seeing his Mallory whenever he wanted to. He could remember when he used to go to her house all the time to see her or she'd come see him at work when he was working all night at his bar. Boy, he loved this girl with his whole heart and there was no changing that. Aidan and Mallory had always had this special connection. They knew whenever the other was mad or upset about something. It was such an amazing connection. Something he hadn't felt with any other girl before in his whole life. He smiled at her. He laughed when she had called them both emo. He certainly wasn't close to being emo but at this moment he was. "Sounds good to me, hunnycakes. I don't mind being emo with my girl."
Did he just call her, his girl. Yes, he certainly did. Well, after he was going to ask her tonight. She'd be his girl finally. He was always worrying about some other guy coming along and swooping her off of her feet. Then he'd have to fight some stranger off for her. Which Aidan would do anyways. Because he loved Mallory with his whole being. He was sure that Mallory was waiting on him to ask her out. He felt bad for not asking her sooner but with everything that had been going on in his life lately. He rarely had the time to ask her beautiful self out. Aidan felt like crap for not sweeping her off of her feet til now. But it was better now then later when he had a chance to be with her, forever. Well, he hoped that they would be one of those couples that would stay together forever. Because he honestly loved her with his everything. There wasn't a lie in that at all. He wanted to get old with Mallory. That was his plan all along from when he first caught sight of her. He knew he'd make her, his. What guy wouldn't want her though? She was everything a guy could ever ask for and more. He was utterly shocked when she told him that she'd been in jail before. Aidan hadn't ever heard about this story. Boy, she liked keeping this stuff from him. "Wow, I'm totally shocked hunny. But it's okay. I couldn't believe that you did something bad to go to jail. So, I still love you." He just said the "L" word. Wow, he was really showing his true feelings for her today. She was just getting everything out of him. And this hadn't happened way before when they were friends and he had these exact feelings for her then. Man, being in a ward like this made you really think and appreciate the people in your life. That was for damn sure. Mallory wasn't the innocent angel that he had thought she was. But Aidan loved that even more now. Now, he knew for sure that she had a bad side. Even if she didn't really do what she got sent to jail for. Aidan found it kind of smexy. She started laughing as he picked her up. He knew that she was going to laugh before she even did. She was as light as feather to Aidan. He may look all skin and bones. But he had some major muscles. He even had a semi six pack that many ladies didn't know about. He couldn't even remember if he had ever took his shirt off infront of Mallory. Ha, he was so silly sometimes. It was good that she understood where he was coming from. She understood him so well. It was rather amazing to him. They had the greatest connection in the world, he was sure of it. Aidan smiled all the way up the stairs. "I know she misses me. I miss her a lot too. I'm glad you understand where I'm coming from though. See, this is why we get along so great. Well, soon enough you'll have me right by your side. When you do fall apart, I'll be right there to catch you. I'll always catch you, Mallory. I wouldn't dream of letting you fall or go. I am your other half just like your my other half. We are made for one another. That I know now and there's no way I'm letting such a great and beautiful girl go out of my grasp. He meant every word he had just said to her. She was his world now and she'd be in it forever. He was going to make sure she was. Aidan had made it at the top of the stairs as he carried her all the way to his room. He looked down both ways of the hallways to make sure no one was coming. She was worth getting sent to the in closed room. He smiled as he opened his room's door. He let her walk in as she walked in, he walked right up to her back and leaned his head over her shoulder. Aidan kissed her cheek and then twirled her around so that she was facing him face to face. He gently grabbed her face with both of his hands as he leaned in slowly to kiss her. His lips touched hers and it felt like he was flying away from this hell hole and back to where he belonged. Back to her and her alone. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Mallory's heart fluttered when he called her his girl. She decided not to draw attention to the fact that he'd never called her that before. She couldn't help but hope this place was helping him get in touch with his emotions a bit more. Maybe he would actually come out with it today. Possibly. She would see. Four hours could hold a lot of things. And she was planning on staying for the full four hours. She wasn't going to waste a minute of her time with him. She wanted everything to be perfect today and she wouldn't question anything he chose to say to her. She'd just accept it and let her heart melt every time he referred to her as his. She loved hearing that come from those perfect lips of his. "Only problem is that I don't look like an emo kid. You do. You'll have to teach me how."
She joked as she ran a hand through her blonde hair. Her hair wasn't fake blonde like most girls. Her hair was naturally blonde. And long as hell too. She looked at some of the girls they were passing. They all gave her dirty looks as she passed by with her hand in Aidan's. They were jealous. She silently hoped that he hadn't found any of these girls attractive. She didn't want to have to worry about him finding some girl in here and falling for her. That would kill her. And some of the girls they were passing were gorgeous. Beyond gorgeous. she suddenly felt very insecure. She knew he noticed them. She just hoped that she held a high enough place in his heart that these gorgeous crazy girls wouldn't matter. She laughed at his reply. Everyone was shocked when they found out. But everyone also knew she hadn't done it. "Well I didn't really do anything bad. I was just int he wrong place at the wrong time. That's all. And I love you too." She didn't see him saying he loved her as a big deal because of the way he had used it. She told him she loved him all the time. Not entirely meaning for it to be serious. Even though she was. She was one of those people who said I love you to everyone. You could tell when she really meant it to be serious though. She made for sure of that whenever the time came for it. She relaxed as he carried her. Knowing that her weight was nothing to him. He had amazing muscles. Every inch of him was muscle. She could remember the few times he'd taken his shirt off in front of her. She had wanted to die right there just looking at how amazing his body was. He had always complained that he didn't quite have the six pack he wanted but he had good enough of one to make her swoon. She had to give it to him though. He did work hard for that body. And his lifestyle had inspired her to tone her own body up. She was looking better than she had ever looked. She was actually happy with her body at the moment. Most girls were never happy with their body. She was different from most girls. When he spoke again, his words were so sincere that they sent chills down her spine. he rendered her speechless and that was before he put her down and kissed her. He kissed her! She was frozen. She didn't know what to say or how to react. She just stood there staring at him. her hands were shaking and her knees were a bit weak. She blinked and snapped herself out of her little mini coma she'd been in for a couple seconds. "Wow. I didn't see that one coming." She said softly. She thought about not reacting any further but then again she also thought that would be foolish. She lifted herself up on her tip toes so she could get closer to his height again and pressed her lips to his once more. She wanted another chance to kiss him within completely having her breath taken away. One that wasn't a surprise to her. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

He knew that she didn't expect him to call her that. But that was the way he had always felt about her. Even way before he got into this place. She probably thought he had learned all of this from being here so far. That wasn't the case at all though. He knew that she was waiting impatiently to hear him ask her out, finally. Aidan just wanted to wait for the right time, he thought that today would be the perfect time to ask the girl of his dreams out. How crazy their relationship was going to be. He knew that Mallory would have to deal with people at home about dating a crazy person as they would say. But in the end he knew that she didn't give a shit what people thought. So, that eased him somewhat. No one could understand why a guy like him would own a bar. Because he didn't fit the type as some would say. But he wasn't into labeling people and he didn't appreciate it when people would label him either. He knew that she was going to stay the full four hours as well. Aidan knew his Mallory like the back of his hand. She was his rock after all. "Hmmm, do I look emo? God, no it can't be!?! I guess I could show you the ropes."
Aidan had said with a complete and utter smile on his face. Well, it was mostly a big grin but who was really paying attention to how goofy he was. It was just him and Mallory. She had always listened to him and been there for him. Aidan wondered why he hadn't asked her out way before today. But he wasn't going to ponder on the question anymore because today was the day he was going to get his nerve up and ask her out, to be his forever. He watched her run her hand through her blonde long hair. He loved her hair and eyes the most. Her body was gorgeous just like her as well though. But Aidan had always had a thing with girls and their eyes. Aidan snickered as he watched Mallory look at all the other girls passing them. Girls here would flirt with him all the time but he just ignored them. He only had eyes for Mallory. Aidan squeezed her hand a little more tighter. He wanted her to know that she was the only girl that mattered to him and he wasn't going to let some psycho girls in here ruin their chances at their love. Aidan wasn't a man whore. Hell, he'd only had sex maybe once in his life and that was a drunk night kind of fling deal. Yeah, he had lost his virginity in a stupid way but he'd like to think that Mallory was going to be his first and last. He wondered sometimes if she even thought about how many girls he had been with. Knowing her she probably would have thought that he had been with a lot of girls. If she did then she was more than wrong about that. "Ohhhh, I know love. We should play jail sometime." Aidan said with a wink. Ha, he could be bad sometimes well rather naughty. But what girl didn't like that in a guy? He had hoped that Mallory would laugh at that and not take it the wrong way. He watched her lips as they spoke the "L" word. He could die happy right now and he wouldn't give a care in the world. After hearing that come out of her lovely mouth, he just wanted to take her breath away. Which he didn't think would be too hard for him to do with her. He had always knew that she had this huge crush on him. Ever since they had laid eyes on each other. Aidan wasn't innocent either. He had sat up all night in his bed thinking of her and wondering what she was doing at that very moment. This was just after meeting her one night too. He was totally smitten that quick with Mallory. He felt her relax as he carried her up the stairs. It was more than nice to know that she felt at ease with him and comfortable. It made him feel more comfortable around her as well. Aidan had never thought anything was wrong with Mallory. But she wanted to tone her body more and he had loved the results. Of course he had sneaked a peek here and there. What guy wouldn't want to see a beautiful girl partly naked? Especially Mallory. HELLO?! She was banging, well more like she was the most gorgeous girl he had ever laid his eyes on. He watched as she stood there frozen. He let her take it all in before he was going to say anything. He had saw that her hands had been shaking. "Oh, well I'm sorry I shocked the hell out of you. I just wanted to surprise you, Mallory." Aidan said with a laugh. Mallory then kissed him. He was blown away of how aggressive she was. He actually liked it quite a damn lot. Aidan continued to kiss her as he lifted her up into his arms and carried her to his bed. He laid her down as he broke their kiss and laid down next to her on his side, his face facing hers. "Ummm, I have a question for you, Mallory... He told her as he waited for her to say what the question was. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Mallory was so happy to just be in his company. The nerves she had come in with, had melted away. She was in her comfort zone. As long as she was with him she would forever be in her comfort zone. She wondered if he had been as nervous as she. But then again, she couldn't see Aidan getting nervous about something as small as getting to see her. He had had more exciting things happen in his life. Her mind flashed to a few times she remembered him getting nervous. When people came to inspect the bar, when his mother came to his house for dinner, when Rosey caught the flu a couple winters ago. All logical things for him to be nervous about. But not once had he ever gotten nervous about Mallory. Or at least, not to her knowledge. She wondered if maybe that was a good thing. Nervousness was a sign of discomfort. She didn't want him to be uncomfortable for a second. Although she was sure it couldn't get more uncomfortable than an asylum. She smiled when he suggested showing her the ropes. She didn't really care what they did. She was just genuinely happy to be with him.
Mallory laughed when he said they should play jail sometime. He was being quite bold today and she liked it. "I didn't know you were into role playing. I learn something new every day." She said, a hint of sarcasm in her voice. "And I'll only play if there are going to be handcuffs involved."
She joked, winking at him. They had joked this way before. It was nothing new. She looked at him as they walked, trying to direct her attention away from the other girls in the hall. She didn't want to think about them anymore. She didn't want to think that any of them had a better chance than her. Those thoughts didn't sit well in her mind so she chose to forget them all together. They weren't important. At least not to her. Mallory's chest was echoing the thumping of her heart as he lifted her up and placed her on his bed. Her blood was rushing. When he broke the kiss off she snapped out of it and let her eyes focus on his once more. She was completely blown away by the last minute of her visit. She hadn't seen that coming. Not at all. She wondered what kind of question he could possibly have for her. He already knew everything about her. Nothing was a secret between them. She raised and eyebrow. "Okay, what's your question? She asked. She hoped that the question wouldn't completely destroy this moment. She was enjoying it too much.[/blockquote][/blockquote] sorry it's so short!!!
