Okay so Jake is a counselor in the asylum. Which means he is one of the people that 'babysits' the patients. He works the day shift during the week and the night shift fridays and saturdays. there's his schedule for plottage purposes. He is an all around nice guy who has a big heart. He has a knack for getting the patients to come out of their shells. He is a fun guy who loves music and sports.

Any friend of Jake's would probably be just as nice as him, if not nicer. Unless of course they are a patient. He loves to befriend the patients because that gets him closer to them and makes their time in the asylum much easier. Outside of the asylum his friends would be everyday fun people who love music or sports or attend college with him on week nights.

Jake's enemies include other asylum staff members who don't like the way he acts toward the patients. Most of the staff believe they should not be treated as friends. So he makes enemies there.

Frank wears his heart on his sleeve so he falls in love easily and it is not odd for him to be in love with more than one person at the same time. He loves girls who are fun and active. He finds it hard to relate to girls who don't like to do much of anything.

Kay, so I think Echo and Jake would get along alright. I mean, I guess they kinda have to since he's staff, and all. ANYWAY, I think they'd be okay friends. She's a pretty friendly open girl who gets along with puhretty much everyone. =) Sorry, I'm not very creative, but if you have any ideas, throw 'em my way. I'm pretty open. xD

Hey! I think Matthews and Jakob would butt heads a lot. He would want to try and talk to her and she would begin to open up but her temper would get the best of her and she would clam up. It would be like a love/hate kind of thing.

How about we try them being friends. Because Jake considers all the patients who talk to him as friends. He doesn't treat them any different than he would someone outside the walls of the asylum. So friends, maybe someone that Echo will talk to when she feels like she can't talk to anyone else? I'm fresh out of ideas. Maybe he could think of her like a little sister.

Jake is a very patient and understanding guy and would not take her anger issues to heart. He'd still try to be friendly and get her to open up to him. And I think it sounds like a good idea so I'm all for it.

I think, Liz and Jacob would be good friends. She would like him because he cares about the patients unlike most of the other staff, and that would definitely be a plus. They probably have similar taste in music too both dislike country lol.
